The staff was exceptional. They assisted with dinner reservations, what sights to see. The room was fabulous. Would defintely reccomend and stay there agin. Location cannot be beat. U can walk to old town square, charles brisge abd even Prague castle.

The hotel has a great location with easy walkable access to tourist attractions like the old town square and also to public transport for trams and metro. The rooms are spacious and comfortable also well appointed and maintained. The service from all staff was excellent. The breakfast had a good selection. It does not have a bar which can be a negative. Overall a great stay.

Fabulous hotel . The staff were friendly , polite and very helpful . The room was a good size with a fabulous shower , big fluffy towels and Rituals products . The location was great , only a short walk to the main square . Trams outside to take you further across the city . A perfect place to stay.
