The only way to cool the room was by opening the window as I was there November and they had switched to heating Blackout curtains not true blackout as they didn’t touch the floor Otherwise room and hotel were great

The hotel does not really correspond to 5* and the prices are often completely out of proportion to the price/quality. Bad wine 0.15l for 200 CZK, etc. The hotel is relatively recently renovated, but our Deluxe room did not look like it. What we can definitely praise is the staff, both in the hotel and in the bar. Very pleasant people.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always ready with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. They went out of their way to answer questions and provide assistance, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the attentive service.
