This hotel is 2 stars at best. Do not book this hotel if you are coming with a car. People at the front are totally useless. We were told that we can not pull up to the hotel with our car to unload luggage. Which is not correct. The girl at the front told us we need to walk with our luggage for 4 blocks on cobblestones street. No one in the hotel to help you with luggage. The garage is far and a nightmare. Breakfast is horrible. Juice is just a yellow water, we had a choice of cold hard boiled egg or cold burned sunny side up. Even coffee was bad, forget having any pastries with coffee. Staled hard pastries. We ended up getting stuff from a nearby store and bring it with us to the cafeteria, so we could have breakfast. One if the worse hotels I ever stayed.

This is a gem of a hotel. It's the perfect location to explore Budapest on foot as it's located right in Old Town Budapest The hotel is very clean and has a wonderful breakfast

No airconditioning, though advertised as have one.

The hotel advertises as a ptoperty with airconditioning. However when we arrived the hotel was hot like an oven. Also we couldn't sleep all night due to very loud noise ftom the street. When we asked for a change of room we were told that there was none available..really?? Also we were told that the hotel cant help with providing any fans.. and airconditioning is only turned on in later months of the year. Not a very helpful customer service.. The hotel is close all attractions and metro station. The rooms are clean and seems recently redorated.

Nothing remarkable. The temperature was really high in the room and there was not a way to reduce it. Just by coming out the room the relief was very notable. Good point, the breakfast and any coffee during the day was included

The location was amazing and for the most part, the room was wonderful. The common areas, such as the hallways needs some TLC. The carpet in the hall in particular was pretty rough. BUT the rooms didn't have and carpet and were very nice and clean. There are no USB plugs in the room, so that was surprising considering it seemed to be recently renovated and the AC didn't function. The room was VERY hot at night, and we tried to turn on the air and not only did it not blow cold air, it was hot air. The window did open, but it was a busy area and was loud outside so that wasn't a great set up. The location was wonderful though and made for very easy walking to all of the things we wanted to see.

good location hotel was ok, receptionist was bad

lady kept trying to pressure us to leave our room at midnight when check out was 11:00 am. she kept insisting until I showed her my reservation with check out time. Very strange
