The housekeeping service was excellent — the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Check-in was very fast and smooth, which made a great first impression. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its fantastic location. It is within walking distance to Prague’s main attractions and very conveniently located near the metro, tram stops, and the main train station. Overall, I highly recommend Grandior Hotel Prague for anyone visiting the city. It offers great service, comfort, and an unbeatable location.

We got the specialist room in the deluxe room for for of our family we had a great balcony with view of the city. The WIFI signal in our floor fas faulty. It was a great experience.

The check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and courteous. There was a wide range of breakfast options in a modern setting. The location of the hotel meant transport links were easy with a large shopping centre nearby. The rooms were tidy and cleaned every day with the air conditioning adjustable to the right temperature. I was very satisfied with our stay and overall visit to Prague.

Room was clean breakfast was great location was great. The hotel decor is really dated looking. The breakfast is chaotic. The room was also cold with no option to increase temperature. I’d describe this hotel and tacky and dated. But the service was really great.
