We recently booked the Presidential Apartment via Expedia to accommodate six guests. Based on the listing, which stated the apartment was 2,422 sq ft and classified as a "Presidential Apartment," we were all excited and looked forward to a comfortable and spacious stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were deeply disappointed. The apartment did not appear to come close to the advertised square footage, and shockingly, it had no curtains—raising serious privacy concerns. I immediately contacted Expedia to express our dissatisfaction and request a room change. Expedia reached out to the hotel and spoke with the manager, Paul, who said that the only available alternative room could only accommodate four people—not six. He also informed us that, despite our valid concerns, we would still be charged for the first night since we had already checked in. After a long drive from Vienna, it was late in the afternoon, and we were left with no suitable options. While we were at dinner, Sara at the front desk called to say the hotel was willing to waive the first night’s charge if we found another hotel. However, by that time, it was already close to 8:00 PM, and too late to secure alternative accommodations for our entire group. This experience was frustrating, especially given the misleading listing and the lack of meaningful support to resolve the issue. We hope Expedia and the hotel management take this feedback seriously to ensure future guests are not similarly misled.

Honestly, we couldn’t find anything negative to comment on. From Checking In to Checking Out - The Staff, The Room, Breakfast, and Location were all excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this hotel. We stayed here 6 nights and had a lovely city break.

Great hotel near old town!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Located within walking distance of all the sights. Very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location.

A superb hotel with equally superb staff. Nothing is too much trouble, so friendly and polite. Really lovely touches with free water and coffee whenever you wanted it. Well equipped gym and every aspect of the hotel was immaculately clean. Can not wait to come back. Thank you so much

The hotel was clean and area was super convenient. There is a historical pub on the opposite street. I had made two reservations during my stay which was confirmed with the reception when checked in. She could have made our key access thoughout the whole stay but our keys were cut off in the middle. Also, the house keeping didn't clean the empty bottles in the shower. So the service could have been better. Overall, we liked the hotel and definitely will recommend to others.

We stayed in the Presidential Apartment and it was one of the nicest places I have stayed. Perfect for 4 people as 2 en-suite bedrooms and then a huge open plan living area. Breakfast was included everyday which was a delicious buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

Recommended hotel for your visit to Prague

The hotel is located in quieter place (which is a positive thing for us). A tram, metro and small shopping area and restaurants are located less than 5 minutes from the hotel. It is very clean. pleasant and the staff is very welcoming. Very good breakfast. We had an issue with the water in the bathroom (which we did not raise to the staff until checkout, so this was an issue, but I am sure they would have sorted it).
