We had an amazing stay in Prague at this hotel. From the start the location is great and, the staff were amazing from the start so, accomodating and friendly. We had a superior room and it was lovely the room all the amenities and, the room clean was spotless. We had breakfast in bed for my girlfriends birthday and it was lovely. On top of this they made some cake for her and gave a bottle of wine. Which we came back to Sunday evening which after being out all day was a lovely surprise. It was worth every penny and couldnt recommend it more.

The hotel was centrally location which was great to walk everywhere, the rooms where quite small, the housekeeping one day came in and refilled our refrigerator, but didn’t make the bed or clean the bathrooms so we had to go up and ask for housekeeping - it was little strange, no conditioner in the shower only soap and shampoo, the AC works, but not the best! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed anything.

My partner and I love everything about this hotel. The staff was very cordial and welcoming, the room come with a complementary minibar in the fridge. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next we visit Prague. It’s close to main tourist attraction, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

I did not have a great experience at Hotel Josef. Upon arrival I was told my room was ready, but it took 30 minutes for me to actually get my key with no explanation. I booked a balcony room but no mention on the site that some balcony rooms have city views while some have a “view” of a dirty courtyard and dilapidated and under construction apartment buildings. At checkout I was told breakfast was not included even though when I booked it was. Going in for breakfast staff took my name, marker me off and hade me sign a slip but made no mention of the fact that
