Hotel is very conveniently located in the Old Town Area, very easy to get to the King Charles Bridge. I had a nice room - it was a loft room as the picture shows, better for a shorter person than someone taller.

No aircon, no lift

Didn't realise the room had no aircon, only a pedestal fan, guess I should have ticked the aircon box when I filtered my search. Otherwise, decent sized room, clean and comfy bed. Oh, there's no lift either, FYI.

Martin from the front office was so nice, he arranged my 4am taxi transport for the airport. I woke up late, and did not make it to their scheduled free breakfast, but Valentina( i hope I got her name right) made me a new breakfast plate. The guy check me in at the bar as I arrived late, very cool as I got mug of pilsen right away, and I was just checking in. I will definitely stay with them again. :)

Great location

Hotel is fairly basic but clean and friendly. It main selling point is its location just three minutes from the Charles Bridge in the Old Town. Many good restaurants within walking distance.

I love the location. Hotel King George was central to the Old Town, Charles Bridge and plenty of places to eat. The breakfast was good and got me going for the day. With the inclusion of a room fan, the room was cool enough even in mid-August. If you have a car to park, the place to park is about ten minutes walk and was hard for us to find. The first floor rooms are still a flight of stairs up but that is typical for the hotels in the area.
