When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so they showed us to the lounge for complimentary drinks and food! We went back the next day again! Sasha was our waiter and he was fantastic!! The room was stunning and so clean. Best service I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Exceptional hotel. The reception area is small and underwhelming, however the rooms are fabulous. The junior suites are a great size and the bathroom is great. Excecutive lounge was amazing and food quality excellent. Breakfast was exceptional with good variety and fabulous fresh orange juice! Hotel is centrally lolcated, just next to gunpowder tower and a few minutes walk to the old town square and all other sites.

The room was new, beautiful bedroom and bathroom too. We used the spa it was lovely and quiet too. The breakfast was beautiful and a lot of variety. The cocktails were excellent and good value for money The hotel left my husband a cake for his birthday

Despite their advertisement, they had no valet parking available when we arrived one hour BEFORE their standard check-in time (they advertise until 12 am and we arrived at 11 pm), had no cribs for our children (had us stay up until 1:30 am and claimed that they don’t know where the cribs were kept by the housekeeping staff who had left), and didn’t provide any room upgrade or anything for Expedia VIP status. For the parking issue, they waived 1 night of parking. They then promised a partial refund for the other issues to motivate us to stay our full stay then at check-out, said sorry we won’t do anything else. Horrible!
