A great option for your stay in Prague

Overall it was a nice stay...the beds were comfy and the shower pressure was great! The A/C is on a governor and won't go below 18 for those of us Americans that need it super cold to sleep, it was enough. For the money and the location it's pretty hard to beat this hotel. I wouldn't spend the extra $$ for the lounge access tho, it wasn't that appealing and was only available from 12 - 18:00

Hôtel was close to everything. Staff was good, had a rude front desk experience when asking for an umbrella he was like check inside your closet, you have one there. Had a strange and very dull welcoming at check in, the staff was strange. The TV in the room was not working we had to unplug it. The staff was aware but did not pay attention to come back the next day and Check. The breakfast has variety but it was stale, maybe because we arrived at 10am but still. The housekeeping was loud, they woke us up at 9am. And the walls aren’t too sound proof you could hear the kids running.

Stayed in the Tower Suite which was gorgeous. Two balconies over looking the square below. Great added benefits of the executive lounge, breakfast buffet and spa access added to the trip as well. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!
