Cath

This is a lower/mid range hotel in a central part of Old Town, pretty quiet but minutes from the Charles bridge. I loved the decor and the view from my room on the top floor. The breakfast was pretty straightforward - scrambled eggs, sausage, choice of breads, cheese, salami, salad, yoghurt, jams and fruit - it was good. Although the street is quiet it is in the touristy part of town so if you don’t want to be around lots of bars and tourist shops you might want to look elsewhere but I was only there for two days so it was very convenient. Having said that the Prague bus system is great and easy to use so staying a bit further out would also have worked fine. Overall though I was happy with my stay.

Parking & Stairs

The parking is quite a distance away and not easy to find until you become familiar with the streets of Prague. Waze could not find the parking garage by name. An elevator is available, but please beware, it only stops between floors. The stairs were difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. The front desk clerk was excellent! He gave us tremendous meal recommendations!

On the 6th floor had a great view of the castle. This was a easy location to walk the old city and castle area. Nice because you can stop in and rest at times with out being out of the way.

Loved this place! A real hidden gem in the heart of Prague 1. Super friendly staff at the front desk and cleaning crew — always helpful and on point. The bed, the shower and A/C were perfect. The location is fantastic, safe, and easy to get around. For the price, you really can’t beat it. Great value, great vibes! All the famous landmarks, concerts are on walking distance. Thanks team Liliova for the welcoming and homey feeling.

Easy access to the historic Old Town, a stone’s throw away from the Karlov Most and gift shops. Breakfast is minimalistic but you’ll have many more interesting options just outside the hotel

We arranged with the hotel for our late arrival but we were abundant in the street at 12pm midnight with no staff around to handle our room keys. We had to find another hotel room and paid €270 for few hours so our 11 year old son could sleep. We asked for one night refund and the hotel rejected. They claimed they sent an email to let us know about the safe box and the keys but I received it one day after our arrival which was too late. Extremely disappointed!

Very convenient, rooms modernly refurnished in an old town, don't worry about it being in old town, choose a room with a view, very demanding. Location very convenient to sightseeing walking distances to nice restaurant and transport systems
