No staff and no check in. Door code forwarded per mail one day prior, which worked, even without a smartphone. All information - once inside - was via a screen at the entrance, which displayed question and answers. However, all answers required apps to be downloaded to a smartphone via QR-codes. I don't have a smartphone and will find a different more traditional hotel next time. I never met any staff, and the Lobby Bar did not exist. .
