This hotel is excellent value for money, clean, comfortable and in a good location. However the hotel lets itself down when it comes to recognition for returning guests. I stayed in this hotel twice in 2024 and many times over the years but the hotel displays no interest or awareness in this. In other hotels my repeated custom is acknowledged by at the least a very warm welcome and sometimes a bottle of wine or an upgrade. Not here. Disappointing as it would be easy to flag returning guests. When I mentioned to reception that I had visited recently it was met by a shoulder shrug and some BS about a new computer system. This is the same disingenuous response I got 6 months ago. Hotel Pav, please do better and make your guests feel valued.

Value for money. Just stayed for 3 nights as a family. The room was spacious. The hotel and the room was very clean. Breakfast was superb with many variety of foods. We would definitely recommend this hotel. All attractions were within walking distance.

Great Location, Friendly Staff

The hotel room is spacious and clean, staff friendly, they offer a free baggage storage, the main plus is a great location. I can highly recommend. Two minuses: no fridge in the room (I honestly don't know if I knew that before) and breakfast has literally same options every day.

An absolutely perfect first visit to Prague. Hotel Pav exceeded our expectations and the staff were all wonderful. Reception staff were knowledgeable and so friendly/helpful, the breakfast staff efficient and keen to please plus the domestic staff who replaced our towels every day and with whom we shared laughs trying to learn a few Czech words! The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable and the shower fabulous. We will definitely be returning to Prague but most importantly, Hotel Pav. Thank you to everyone 💖
