Great hotel in the heart of the city. Very convenient location if you want to visit Prague. Walking distance to all main landmarks. Very close to the public transports too. Easy to come from the airport. Would definitely stay again and recommend this fabulous hotel.

Walkable to all tourists spots. Restaurants and pubs are everywhere. Hotel condition is good and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Given the position of the hotel, it could be a bite noicy at times.

They changed my hotel. When I arrived, I was told they were full although my reservation was confirmed. I missed activities because of this because I was supposed to be picked up at that hotel. I also missed the shared shuttle getting back to the airport for my flight home because I was supposed to be picked up at that hotel. I also had to call and make sure that my missing baggage got delivered to the right hotel once it arrived from Amsterdam 2 days later. The hotel they changed me to was very nice.

Prime location, easy access. Room was spacious and clean. We will be happy to book again. If I had to nitpick - Could do with a bit of attention to detail - for eg. no towel rails or hooks to hang towels or clothes in the shower room, coffee pods have to be bought, no creamer.

Great hotel very close to Old Town and Charles bridge. The staff is friendly and polite. Rooms are compact (which is not unusual for Europe) but clean and well maintained. Def recommend staying here.

Brilliant location with tram and metro a few minutes walk away and old town square about 8 mins away at a stroll. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms was a decent size and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge which was a real bonus. Air-con was a real plus as it was hot when we were there. Can get noisy if in a street-facing room because of nearby bars and restaurants but not a problem with the window closed. Breakfast was ample with decent choice.
