No negative thing to say

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and quite big space. The best thing was the location,you literally just have to walk like 15 mins and you’ll be in the old town already. Overall,it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Fantastic hotel with great location

Fantastic hotel. Clean room and on a quiet street. Close walk to everything. Fitness room has no treadmills and I would suggest to get one. That is my only complaint and other than that this hotel is very nice.

Plus: Staff were welcoming [iced fruity tea was a plus] Good central location Breakfast was very good. Negs: Room was small for a double, bed seemed too small and no bedside table on one side because the room was cramped. Shower had a glass partition and water leaked over the floor every day.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The breakfasts were very good. Staff exceptionally helpful. We had our dog with us and there is an enclosed garden which was brilliant to allow for toilet and run around. The area outside wasn’t great as several adult entertainment venues so some less than desirable people later in an evening. We had our 8 year old with us so this was more relevant for us but maybe wouldn’t have bothered us otherwise. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would return.

Comfortable stay in Prague

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip around Europe. Check-in was easy and our room was comfortable. The hotel is close to the station and is in walking distance to the old town, which was ideal for us. The listing says that there are laundry facilities here but it is only dry cleaning that is offered. We did not end up needing to do any laundry but did book the hotel for this purpose in case we needed to do some. There was also noise in our room from next door's bathroom which did disturb our peace a little. We didn't stay long enough to use the sauna or gym.

Central location, room was spotless, staff were lovely. Only one small gripe i had, was i wish i had known before booking the balcony room, that there was a large step over to the balcony, which i found quite hard to manoeuvre.

Heel fijn hotel, midden in het centrum van Praag. Je bent overal snel, je hoort niks van wat er buiten gebeurd. De kamers worden goed bijgehouden. Wanneer je kamer werd verschoond werden er ook de flesjes water aangevuld.

The area was in a downtown location with its usual degree of late night street noises, and street construction. On the other hand the central location made it convenient to sight seeing locales. Breakfast was a huge asset. The hotel was super clean and the staff were always friendly.

Find K+K hotel was very easy, staff is very nice and friendly Room was clean and bed is comfortable but pillows are to big and make my neck uncomfortable I will come back thank you

The hotel is central to major transit lines and walking distance to old town and surrounding areas of interest. Staff were exceptional and very accommodating to our needs of travelling with a little one. Not sure if it's a European thing, but the mini fridge doesn't keep things cold, just a hair below room temp. Same issue at a different hotel for another leg of our trip

Our stay at K+K Hotel Fenix was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near famous landmarks and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit.
