I was disappointed to receive a twin bedded room when I requested a double and informed the hotel it was my birthday weekend! Breakfast was good, room was clean on the surface. Not sure about the carpets and net curtains though.

Was able to check-in early as our room was ready which was a bonus atfer a 3am start from the UK. Welcome drinks voucher also a lovely touch. Room (we booked the standard) was soacious enough with large bathroom and wardrobe/cupboard. Shower was very powerful too. Only downside (and my own personal preference) the mattress was very soft which did nothing for my nack after 25,000 steps a day!! I also had reservations about the hotel being next to a 'strip' club, but there was absolutely nothing to worry about. Did not feel unsafe one bit walking to and from the hotel. Would 100% recommend the hotel. Just off Wenceslas Sq and close to Muzeum & Mustek underground stations if you want to make your own way to and from the airport.

It was very clean. Breakfast and coffee very good. Good location close and walkable to everything. Shower over the bath leaked. Room not super luxurious but for the time we were there was adequate. Lobby bar nice for drinks.

The hotel was really good. It was easy to find from the Muzeum Metro stop. Reception staff were friendly and quick. The room and shower was great with good free shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice. If I had to pick 2 things; the room could have done with a central light, as with all lights and the TV on it was still gloomy. Also some of the breakfast staff were a bit quick in trying to take plates away when I was still eating! Otherwise I will definitely stay here again.

My stay at the K+K Hotel Fenix was very pleasant, my room was clean and a decent size for the price, hotel staff were polite and welcoming and there was good range of foods at breakfast. Conveniently situated to the city's centre, Metro and the National Museum the K+K Hotel Fenix is worthy of its 4 rating

The room, staff and amenities was really good.All the staff had smile and happy to help.The strip club is on the same street but never was there any issue walking past in the evenings and felt safe.Perfect location if you love walking as you can enjoy both old and new town

Hotel ideal location for us, staff super friendly and helpful, room cleaned each of the four nights we were there. Close to Old Town 15 mins walk, few streets away from the trams ,and few minutes walk from Musuem Metro stop.
