We loved our stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind. The hotel is a little bit out of the main town but very close to the tram stop so it was very easy to get into town. Only downside is that they didn’t change our towels when they say they do on the third day.

Appalling experience at this hotel. I left a bag in my room containing my luggage and some very expensive items including fragrances, sunglasses and unopened bottles of high value patron and they stole the high value items and claimed that they knew nothing of them. The manager was very nonchalant about the issue when I showed up to collect my item and didn’t even attempt to investigate. Don’t stay here they are dishonest.

No internet in rooms. Making it impossible for tourists to plan the trip. Had to top up data ourself. Making it more expensive of a trip than we expected it to be. Repeated requests at front desk. I would not recommend the place. Food was quite basic too. Could be better.

The Kings Residence was an en excellent hotel, very convenient for the tram and metro and only a few stops away from "Old Town" Prague. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, toilet and shower room were small but adequate for us. (could have been difficult for a larger person). The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.
