The hotel scammed me and my friends out of money. They charged my credit card twice as well as my friend twice, despite their self check in saying ‘declined’ and calling to explain the issue. The person on the phone didn’t do anything to help me check in, nor did she look into the credit card charges I complained about. I now have to deal with calling the credit card company (and my friend) in order to get our money back for the double charges. Not to mention a few days after our stay, I see an unrecognized charge on my card from the same area where this hotel was. Absolutely NOT worth the hassle.

Perfect for family with teenagers

Just what we wanted. Quiet location good night's sleep in comfy beds and no background noise. Bedrooms are at the back so you can't even hear the tram which is quiet anyway. We mostly walked into old town but tram stop 2mins and only 40kcr to station etc.

Lauren apartments is amazing value. Our apartment was very spacious, included a washing machine, oven, dishwasher and cleaning accessories. I was initially skeptical about renting a place not in the heart of the tourist attractions, but really, it wasn't an issue. There's a number of trams and buses nearby and a metro station is a short walk. There's also a mini mart a couple of doors away and a mall with a supermarket nearby. The team are also great and were very quick to respond to my queries. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Prague.

Professional and courteous, everyone was friendly. We had to shop for extra toilet paper and paper towels. Also dishwasher tabs. We didn't have enough for a two week stay. We had asked for more and we did get more laundry tabs but no toilet paper or paper towels. Maybe this is normal? Not a big deal. Lots of options for shopping and prices are reasonable. Loved the apartment and the area. The trams, metro, trains etc. Are all amazing and cheap. Seniors travel free! Overall, an excellent vacation! Kevin Dunford

We truly love the place. All the information for our check in was sent on time, and we could get in easily after a long trip. The place is beautiful, clean and in good location. The property is in a great area. Easy to access public transportation. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a slight problem with our check in process, but the property manager was very responsive and made it all very easy.

Loved the apartment, really great location tram stop right outside that takes you straight to the centre. Had everything we needed and more. Had two large tv’s one in the lounge and one in the bedroom unfortunately we couldn't find any english channels would be my only improvement but overall had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit prague.

Great apartment, and for a great price, good location (next to a lot of tram stops, walking distance from the bridges connecting the main town and in a good neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby). Will definitely book again if I’m ever in Prague and recommend.
