I have no complaints. Great hotel & would definitely stay here again if we return to Prague. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. Hotel located on a quiet side street one block from main streets. Many excellent, reasonably priced restaurants to choose from less than a block from hotel. Hotel room very clean at check-in and cleaned daily and well during stay. Breakfast buffet outstanding & caters to both North American (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, several different breads14 different teas), and European tastes. Smoked salmon and cold cuts excellent quality. Over half a dozen different pastries to choose from, including pie. Also had about six different cheeses. Bacon cooked to perfection. Their detox juice was delicious. They also had sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, etc.. Bed firm and comfortable. Shower pressure very good. Good quality toilet paper. Front desk attendant with reddish bob hair (don’t recall her name) exceptionally good at her job.

I like the location and accessibility to restaurants as well as good breakfast , on the other side the hotel seems old and room smells , the first night I have to change all the bedding since was also smelling ? Like someone previously smoked , after that it seems they cleaned the room and the odor decreased and the bedding was fine no other complains , staff was nice and helpful

Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming as well as the security guards in the front. The breakfast was delectable and everyone was very compensating and nice. The room was splendid, everything was clean and well organized. I would 100% recommend this hotel to someone who is visiting Prague! The gym is small but very clean and free bottle water is available.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Michelangelo Grand Hotel ans it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety and had vegan options. The room was very cozy. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge which was also very comfortable. It was very easy to get to and from the hotel. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

Comfortable and friendly.

We found the Michelangelo an excellent hotel to stay at. The location was good, being close to main centres and numerous restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable (my wife and I didn’t require the air beds we always take with us, just in case). The shower was also excellent and these two features are key to us. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The storage is limited but sufficient for a few days stay in Prague. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.
