The Champagne Brunch daily was superb. Room was not very spacious, but it had an excellent location in town. Furnished well. Everything needed was available.

Lovely hotel in a well situated area.Not too big with nice lobby.Breakfast was very nice catering for all tastes. My only gripe was a very overdone pizza in the evening! Overall a great experience.

Staff were amazing, approachable and friendly. Had an issue with one of the beds and they fixed it within an hour. Helpful when we needed to get a taxi. Hotel was well maintained, great breakfast options. Overall very enjoyable stay, would go back to this hotel if I ever visit Prague again.

I enjoyed the breakfast variety and the attentive staff. Our room seemed very cramped and a bit dirty - the entire hotel could use a deep clean. The staff was lovely.

Hotel staff rude and not polite at all. Rooms are good in general although mattresses are horrible and had 2 rooms 4 nights each with my family each one had an issue with the ridges and drops on the mattress and the pillows are not comfortable. Had one time to call the receptionist to get our power back on. Shower gel is super cheap and super small elevators. Breakfast is good for the price. Will have to consider twice coming to the same place

Breakfast was lovely, hotel room was not what I expected. Unfortunately, storage facilities in the room were none existent. No drawers to store items of clothing only a small open wardrobe. Even in the bathroom there wasn’t any hooks to hang the dressing gowns. No shelves on shower cubicle so toiletries were put on the shower floor. We had a duplex room with the bedroom upstairs. Not suitable for elderly or disabled people as there were 16 open plan stairs to navigate with bathroom downstairs. Unfortunately we found the staff in the breakfast room to be unhelpful and miserable.

Loved the hotel. Great location, ideal for walking the city. Nice clean well equipped room, wide ranging buffet breakfast and helpful reception staff. Top tip. They have smart TVs. Download some stuff on to your phone before you leave and cast it to the telly as i defy most to understand the language first time! Not that you'll have time.....

This hotel was rated 5 stars but when we got there i will only rate it as 3 stars. We stayed there for 5 nights. Our room smells I even clean and wipe it with my disinfectant wipes. It smells like somebody with bad body order stayed there for a month. The mattress is not firm at all. It is sagging. They provide good amenities and free breakfast. There’s a beer spa on the hotel itself. And there’s even some supernatural happenings in our Friend’s room. They were given the suite room with their bedroom is on the loft( 2nd floor) and every night they are waken up at 2:30-3 am by sounds like someone dropping coins on the floor downstairs and like somebody moving furnitures. Scary.
