This 5 star hotel is amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful with a full range of options available. The location was easily accessible by foot and the area was quiet. My only snag was the shower which was over the bath with a radiator behind it. It was a poor shower with slow pressure and difficult to get into. Also as a VIP member I was hoping for a room upgrade. I did however receive 2 small bottles of Merlot wine. A very enjoyable stay in Prague

Honestly, if you need somewhere to stay then this is the place! Comfy rooms, great staff, great breakfast and 10 minute walk from the old square and right next to levels which is awesome

A nice hotel but could do with a little TLC. Our bathrobes had holes in along with the towels. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock. The bath tub wouldn’t drain so whilst showering you are stood in water. No major issue for a couple for a weekend break, but still not up to scratch. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good and the hotel in general was clean. Perfect location too. Overall a good city hotel.

Excellent hotel. The location is perfect. Not in old town square but very close with a lot of fun places nearby. The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great and free! I also recommend taking a beer bath at the spa on location. A great place to stay in such an amazing city
