With its open space concept, the apartment feels spacious and airy while remaining cozy, offering a wonderful place to relax. There are two sleeping options: a comfortable double bed on the upper level and a sofa bed on the lower level, allowing up to four guests to stay comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen adds to the comfort, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and all the essentials for preparing meals. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, sink, toilet, and a washer-dryer. The terrace provides a peaceful spot where you can enjoy your morning coffee, drinks, or meals.A free private garage parking space is included with your stay. Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 2.1 m, and vehicles powered by LPG are not permitted in the garage.

The apartment is located in Karlín, one of Prague`s trendiest and fastest-growing neighborhoods, known for its unique blend of historic architecture, modern design, and vibrant local atmosphere. The area is filled with excellent cafés, award-winning restaurants, bakeries, wine bars, and beer gardens, making it a favorite among both locals and visitors. You`ll also find beautiful green spaces such as Vítkov Hill and the riverside promenades, perfect for a morning run or an evening walk. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, the city center, Old Town, Wenceslas Square, and many of Prague`s most famous attractions can be reached within minutes, while those who enjoy walking can reach the historic center in around 25–30 minutes.

Please note that the apartment keys are collected from a secure lockbox located approximately 15 minutes by public transport from the apartment.

Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected on the day of your arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.

Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Truhlarská 1489/29, 110 00 Nové Mesto, Prague 1). It is open NON-STOP. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

If you prefer to get personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) an additional fee will be charged. The fee is as follows:
- 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR
- 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR
- 00:00 - 01:00: 50 EUR.
If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (the latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.

Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
