It's a nice location with friendly staff. It is a fascinating building with a lot of history. The rooms are small, at least the Superior Room.

Amazing experience! We chose this hotel for our mini honeymoon right after our wedding, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so special, surprising us with a sweet treat and a bottle of bubbly in our room which was such a thoughtful touch. The concierge service was outstanding, and every member of the team was incredibly attentive and helpful. Our room was beautifully appointed, simple yet elegant, with everything we needed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring we had the best night's sleep. And let's talk about the downstairs area; it’s absolutely stunning, with gorgeous décor that creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also treated ourselves to room service, and the food was exceptional. The burger we ordered was cooked to perfection and truly delicious. Every detail during our stay reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Overall, this was a perfect 5 star experience, and we’ll treasure the memories forever!

Everything was excellent, but one thing was increadible disturbing! The TV had a hdmi lock and the front desk wouldn't assisst. Hey, who wants to watch TV these days when everyone has a laptop or a chromecast??

In general, the stay was excellent, the staff were helpful and polite and the room was clean tidy and well equipped. The location was also good, right on the edge of old town and many of the sites were within easy walking distance. I would stay there again. Two very minor points, 1) we stayed four nights, we had turn down service one of those for nights. I don’t mind if we have the service or not, I just thought it was strange to have it one night out of four. 2) The breakfast was great, huge choice, but the scrambled eggs were inconstant. The first morning, they were excellent, after that they were dried up and solid. Not sure if there was a difference chef on the Wednesday morning or if they had simply not been out as long. Again, these were minor points and I would recommend the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV as a great place to stay if visiting Prague.

We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay. The hotel is beautiful throughout, staff extremely friendly and helpful and our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was aslo clean and a selection of toiletries was available. We made time to use the spa facilities which again was faultless. The only issue we experienced during our stay was the room temperature, the thermastat for cool air didn't work, and although the window would open, it closed itself when the curtains were drawn. Coffee and tea facilities were available in the room however only 3 coffee pods and 3 milks, and 1 english tea bag were provided, the others were flavoured tea. However, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Hotel

We had a fantastic few days in Prague with our friends. The hotel was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay even more special. Would definitely return in the future. Thank you ☺️
