Beautiful, cozy, centric apartment

Lovely place with modern design fully equipped to your utter comfort. Essential and other goodies are provided as well as towels and toiletries.

The place consist of a one bedroom and living space area with a sofa bed, tv, Internet, dinning table and fully equipped kitchen (kitchenware, dishes etc.) and microwave oven.

The bathroom is equipped with washing machine and spacious tub, as well as a hairdryer.

Some basic snack (coffee, tea, bread, chips etc.) is provided and I will explain to you how and where to buy anything else you may need.

Around the apartment there are lot of grocery shops. The apartment it's 15 min from the center of Prague by tram. The station is just steps away.

Every information you may need I will give you when you arrived, I can book taxis for you, restaurants.

I will do my best to provide you every information, so your trip can be just full of pleasant experience.

Adorable, convenient, and comfy

The property manager is very nice and communicative. The place is right next to the tram so it was a convenient location. Everything was clean and there were extra towels and blankets if needed. Overall, a very nice stay.

Overall it was a great experience. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Although the hairdryer was useless. Bring your own. However we were not told that the building was under renovation. Hallway lights were not working so it was quite dark. Had to use phone flashlights to light the way and to see the lock. There were numerous restaurants, convenience shops and a bakery very close. Needed to uber to city center. Although it said it was under a mile, I believe that must have been as the crow flies. Walked in one day and it was exhausting. Once the renovations are completed, this will be a great place to stay as long as you don’t mind using public transportation or uber. Note, only pay parking available and very little, so don’t recommend bringing your own vehicle.

Buen alojamiento en un edificio en obras

Apartamento bastante grande y muy bien equipado, aunque lejos del centro de Praga, tiene muy buena comunicación. Si hay algo de lo que quejarse podríamos decir que nadie nos avisó de que estaba en una segunda planta sin ascensor y además el edificio en su parte exterior estaba completamente en obras, con el consiguiente trastorno y molestias que eso puede ocasionarte si vas de vacaciones

Parkering var dog et problem, da der rundt om ejendommen skulle bruges parkeringstilladelse, som vi ikke havde. Der hvor vi blev henvist til at parkere gratis, var det umuligt at finde en ledig plads. Vi endte derfor med at holde ulovligt i den periode vi var der.

sauber und zweckmäßig

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig-10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn,dann steht man auf dem Wenzelsplatz. Dass Haus ist von außen bisschen heruntergekommen,die Wohnung ist top.Leider ging der Backröhre im Herd nicht,aber die braucht man ja nicht zwingend.Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber.

Bel appartement situé dans un quartier calme avec le tramway à proximité !! Pas de bruit de circulation et on entend très peu les voisins juste quelques pas !!! Zaneta la propriétaire est très sympathique et très arrangeante !!
