Excellent hotel and so close to the old town and the big bridge. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were great. Loved having a big screen TV in the room with youtube, netflix, prime, disney, apple tv, etc all on it. Would love to visit this hotel again in future.

'Executive suite with castle view' Great location. Easy to walk around Prague from here. Very clean & comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is a lift to the 3rd floor & then stairs up to the suite (be careful not to miss the bottom step coming down!) Note: the only view of the castle is from the upper window, all other windows look over rooftops. The outdoor space is surrounded by walls & no 'view'. If you are looking for a view, this is not the room for you. Also, being in the roof, there are sloping ceilings everywhere which may be an issue for some people. Staff were very friendly & helpful. It was spotlessly clean & comfortable.

Staff were amazing while we did not eat in the hotel itself that around the area there are loads of great places to eat. The room we had was good although it could have done with a little dusting under the bed and around the windows. But overall the stay was more then comfortable. Our room also had a microwave, and washing machine - not what we expected but came in handy. Location is great, stones throw from many places with a max walk of 30mins.. but definitely worth walking as there is so much to see.

We could not have loved our stay more. The room was stunning! Beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the things to make our stay comfortable and well-cared for . The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. The location was perfect- just a few minutes walk from the Charles bridge, so many amazing restaurants near by. 10/10 recommend!!

Rooms spotless, lovely decor. Staff great. We booked junior suite with balcony, room was spacious with all you could possibly need for few days away. Lovely restaurant downstairs for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Pizza restaurant opposite delicious. Would recommend and not hesitate to return.
