We had a basic bedroom with bathroom, it was average for the price we paid. The pension is a bit out of the centre, but only a short walk to the tram stop, where you can catch tram every 10 mins. The pension was quiet. We did not see any staff until we checked out. There was no restaurant or bar area.

The water was hot and rooms clean. Everything was basic. The real reason i stayed was for the free parking. However, this hotel is literally at the end of the tram line. As long as you don't mind a 4 minute walk and understanding the tram and night bus system, it is worth it.
