The propery is really close to the center (30min walk.by foot) and the next tram station is right in front of it (Lipanska). The check-in was really easy and worked without any issues. The "garden" is actually a backyard. The mattress of the bed was a little too hard even for me (felt like a plank). We had some issues with constant warm water at the first day but after calling the owners it was fixed right away. So all in all a good place for fair money
