Perfect location in Stare Mesto

Perfect location in the center of old town. Also a very cool space with fully equipped kitchen and surprisingly quiet at night given the location. Hosts were very responsive with clear check in/out instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

A mixed review! Fine if you're not in much!

The location of the property was perfect if you want to be in the old town side of Prague! The accomodation itself we found to be in need of maintenance, there was light fittings hanging loose, mouldy cracked paint in the bathroom, the sofa bed had quite a severe dip in the middle which meant you would get stuck lying in that hole. Additionally compared to the photographs we noted that a lot of the additional furniture was missing from the rooms which them feeling bare and quite empty in comparison. The blinds on the windows we found many of them to not be fully operational so they either had to be left fully open or only partially shut. The pillows appeared to be rather dated consisting of lots of small lumps of cotton offering minimal head and neck support. It is worth highlighting also that we were in room F on the 2nd floor. This had to be accessed by steep, uneven stairs though there was a sturdy handrail and lights but I think someone would struggle with getting suitcases up there. I also feel the room would be unsafe for children as there was a lamp that had exposed wiring which caused my mother to get an electric shock! The staff, communication wise prior to our stay was brilliant and prompt. During our stay at times we found the staff a little unapproachable due to their manner. They would be often watching shows on their phone and we felt unable to approach or cause a fuss about the room issues.

Nice location and very clean.

Great location but no elevator! Had a room on the top floor which was four flights of steep steps. Carrying heavy suitcase up and back down was hard. Also loft bedrooms with stairs on one side that were very bad to climb up! Actually very dangerous- looked nice but not functional. This should have been disclosed during booking.

The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious. However, it wasn’t mentioned that there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the second-floor apartment. The front desk staff were also not very friendly.

The location was great, just in the middle of hot spots. The terrible things were cause of poor windows, so noisy at nights. No curtains, so noisy transparent windows, less than 3 hours we could sleep.

I would say the apartment was 'ok'. It did feel quite tired and didn't feel particularly clean. The bathroom for a family of 4 was tiny and no cleaning or fresh towels throughout our stay which was ok for 3 days. A few tea bags or coffee pods would have been a nice touch, especially as it's rated 4 star. Positives were, location was excellent and when we asked about getting an extra light, (the apartment felt dark), we were given one. Communication was good and emails were answered quickly and politely.

Not very accessible for a pram - steep, shallow and narrow stairs and absolute trip hazard. No lift to apartment despite Expedia saying so. No offer to resolve hence poor communication rating. Other than that the apartment was spacious, central and well equipped. There was some noise from the street at night, but this is to be expected. The bathroom was dated with very low hanging shower.
