The room was spotlessly clean. Beautiful interior and bathroom, all the necessary amenities were provided, including the kettle. Fantastic location a minute from a convenient metro station and a huge shopping mall. The only issue that somewhat dampened the impression was the ever-present noise of a generator (or something similar-sounding), making it difficult to go to sleep at first.

The hotel staff were really polite and helpful. The hotel had access to a good gym and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is really close to the tram and metro making it easy to get to/from and around Prague.

A good choice

Location was perfect,right next to a shopping centre and quick and easy transport links to old town and all the tourist spots. Reception welcoming ,open and light and staff helpful. Room was clean and large,all the usual amenities .bed comfy and showers powerful and hot.

Its a great hotel, with excellent amenities. The rooms are beginning to age just a little bit now, and the showers can be leaky. But the aircon is great (Believe me, this is a MUST in Prague in the summer). My only bugbear is the in room irons are terrible. They are the steamless ones, which only press your clothes if you heat them up so high that it leaves everything shiny.

Spacious hotel

Weekend away with friends, hotel is very presentable, all the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Very clean, rooms are spacious and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Very good central location for the city too, walking distance to a lot of the main areas.

The hotel was very good for me. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection to choose from. Parking was paid, but it was safe and clean under the building. Very good transport links to the old town and the monuments we didn't use our car to explore the city at all. Just in the hallway on my floor there is a white carpet, so it doesn't look the best.

An all-round excellent experience. The hotel has many dining, bars, cafes, shopping and transport options all within easy reach. The "old" section of Prague is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel, or if you prefer, catch the tram from one of the stops located near the hotel.
