A Sanctuary by the Sea

This stylish studio, just 100m stroll from the beach, offers an open-plan living area with a private courtyard and refreshing sea breezes.

Including a self-contained kitchen, Queen bed and ensuite bathroom, comfortable living with flat screen TV & DVD (with DVD's) and air conditioning.

It's the perfect base for couples or a single person to explore the entire Margaret River Region.

Prevelly is Margaret River's playground, and Sea and Soul is in the front row. Sand Dunes are the only thing between you and the most sheltered, picturesque beach in the area.

Guests will have access to the entire Apartment.

Margaret River Escapes is readily available 24/7 and happy to offer some great regional recommendations.

The White Elephant Café is a 10 min walk along the beach path and is nestled above a protected swimming beach, lovely spot for coffee, breakfast or lunch.
Sea Gardens Café is in a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or sunset dinner overlooking the ocean.
The Common Bistro/Bar is located in Gnarabup, a 2 min drive and is a great family friendly bar/restaurant with views of the sunset, nice cocktails, beer on tap, good wine list and a fabulous nature playground for the kids.
Surfers Point is a nice spot to sit on the grass before sunset with a hamper/cheese platter and bottle of Margaret River wine. The Hooked up Fish and Chip van is there in the busier periods and weekends. See their website for opening times.
Rifle Butts Playground / Park is a wonderful spot for the kids to play and/or have a picnic or BBQ near the beach.
The Prevelly Store has all your essential items and bottle shop.

The best way to get around and explore the Margaret River region is by car. There are great tours available and local bike riding options are definitely worth a try. There is no public transport in Margaret river although Margaret River Escapes offers a fully licenced private driving service, perfect for Airport Transfers , visiting our well known wineries and breweries and Cape to Cape pickup and drop offs.

Sea and Soul is professionally cleaned between each stay with fresh white linens and towels provided on the bed.

If booking 7 + nights your welcome to request mid-stay cleaning service - for a refreshing clean + fluff + fresh linens - additional fee will be requested to help cover the cost.

Relatively well priced considering the cost of accommodation in Margaret River and what you get is perfect for a couple looking for an escape. The place is clean, tidy and comfortable and super close to the beach and a short trip to the town. Originally had the place for just the two nights but wanted to extend for another because we were enjoying the area so much. This was easy to do thanks to the hosts quick and clear communication. Would highly recommend!

Lovely space and accommodation close to the beach. Enjoyed the quiet and was grateful for Bec's communication before and during our stay. An outdoor shower/wash off area would be a great addition :)
