The room heating system was broken. Shifted from freezing to boiling. Fan ran all night. The room we were in was “new” - but when I shared heating issue - was told “we didn’t replace that.” No compensation offered for broken heating or sleepless night.

Hotel permitted an employee to throw a party in lobby and it went until 1am with many kids playing and yelling. Compounded by an ice hockey regional tournament with parents drinking and kids running in hallways. The front desk staff said we needed to roll with it and that we were too sensitive. WITH THAT SAID... Yes the first night we didn't sleep at all but after that night the hotel staff made an effort to calm us down and issue a partial credit. The staff the rest of weekend was pleasant and professional especially Jose, and both Joann's.
