No parking unless you were early to grab a spot and then if u had to find a place the Inn should have covered the inconvenience. The TV we could not connect and the weather kept us in one day... I found the desk staff to be cold but the balance of the breakfast staff was right on... Not to be negative maybe it was the weather and the wrong time to go... next time and maybe a room on the first floor for this old guy

The Brass Key is a 5 star Inn. Everything about our stay was exceptional. I had only one gripe; I expected a better breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in the Captain's quarters and our room was beautifully decorated, quiet and convenient to our car. Parking spots are hard to come by but we were fortunate enough to find one. The inn is perfectly situated in the heat of Provincetown. In summary, we had a great experience.

Nice inn centrally located to everything. Staff are helpful, cleaning staff were excellent. Overall a nice atmosphere well appointed, breakfast in the morning was convenient. The rooms need a refresh overall that was the general opinion from most guests that were staying at the inn. Cheap furniture, rusting metal baseboards, exposed electrical, hairdryer and some outlets didn’t work. Staff not available until after 8:00 p.m. unless you call some random person. It’s time for a cash infusion into the property and what a great time to do it—out of season.

The property is well maintained, the pool and hot tub were great to use and the weather was perfect for laying out, the property is conveniently located just one block from the Main Street making it quiet at the right times. Our room overlooked the pool area, and the air conditioner worked great. (Not every room does) The on premise bar was a popular hang out in the evenings/nights attracting a lot of people and even after looking at other bars we would still end up enjoying the evening at our hotel.
