Terrific stay

Great hotel! Loved leaving the deck doors wide open to get a nice cool nights sleep. Views were amaxing. The cocktail bar on rooftop had lots of fun drink options. Views from room were incredible! Took the bus from TFN to La Paz-easy walk to hotel. Also took it to TFS when i left. Hotel is convenient to many great restaurants without heading to old town but would highly recommend going down there as there are many street cafes and fun watching the surfers too!

La habitación en el 6to piso con vista al mar tenía una vista increíble El gimnasio también era muy bueno y tenía vista sobre el mar, aunque está un poco húmedo está bien equipado. Además, lo que más nos gustó fue el servicio del restaurante. El bufet es increíble y encima tienen un personal increíblemente amable (Teresa, Gustavo, Facundo). 10/10!!!

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet location. Super clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional and the roof top "Vertigo" Lounge Club is a hidden gem. Shopping is close by, but if you are looking for copies, then you are in the wrong place. It's either souvenir shops with I love Tenerife tops and towels or proper designer wear, nothing in between. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet to chill out and relax fully.

We arrived quite late and when checking into the room, there was an issue with the toilet. It kept making a hissing soudn every few minutes which could be heard from the room and made it difficult to sleep. We raised this with the night reception staff who were unable to help - either by having someone look / move our room. This is perhaps unavoidable but there was no apology ot offer of any compensation. The toilet issue was resolved the next morning. Our arrival also coincided with the Tenerife hotel employee strikes so likely had an impact. The stand-out pro of the hotel for us was the roof terrace with hot tubs and sun loungers with fantastic sea or mountain views. The cocktails were good and there was a low-key DJ in the evening too. A great spot. The staff there as well as in the restaurant for breakfast were also lovely. I had a fantastic massage in the Spacio Spa too with Candy. The sea view from the room was also lovely. I'd say the downsides were the arrival as well as the room perhaps not being as "premium" as it appeared from the photos - you also had to pay additional for the robes and leave a deposit for the hotel towels which had to be rented from reception to use the sunbeds. The spa access was also at a cost. It is about a 30 min walk from Puerto de la Cruz centre and involves a pretty steep hill so be careful if you have any concerns over that. Overall, we had a great stay but perhaps not as "lux" as expected and the start let it down.

The hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean and views were incredible. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast was great and the "cliff" restaurant was top notch. Only complaint would be lack of available parking. Other than that really really great property.
