Very elegant with beautiful finishes. Great pool area with views. Spacious rooms with nice amenities and beautiful bathroom, though inefficient - shower is not fully enclosed and leaks all over the floor. Helpful desk staff. Good restaurant in the hotel with very nice breakfast and excellent dinner options. But the hotel fails in the most important aspect: the matresses are cheaply made and hard, and the pillows ungiving. They were the worst night's sleep I have had in a month. The cleaning lady did not replace the bottle of potable water when she cleaned the room. Loud rock and disco music was played upstairs in the rooftop deck in the afternoon making it impossible to take a nap.

We enjoyed the steak and spaghetti dinner in the dinning room. Home made pasta! Steak cooked perfectly! Bottles of wine are a pretty good price. Staff were very friendly! Cleaner did a great job daily. Food at bar restaurant is ok
. The beef Roulade was terrible, they should remove it from the menu.

We enjoyed our stay. One thing we were surprised by is the half-frosted glass wall (lower portion frosted) between the bathroom and bedroom. Not very private - even though it's frosted, if you don't know your roommate - you'll see them in a whole different light.

Many aspects of this hotel are wonderful, the location, the facilities, the rooms, the staff etc

however the great downfall is the sound insulation both internally and externally. The minimalistic, concrete lined rooms are excellent, but be prepared to listen to your neighbours conversations. The external music from the bars and restaurants is very loud and continues to midnight. One side of the hotel is much quieter so I’d ask for a room looking away from the town centre. Overall, very good
..it was just the noise which impacted my stay.
