The property was very clean and maintained. The room was decorated beautifully and we had a great view of the ocean. Everyone we talked to was friendly. We were given a tour of the hotel when we arrived to make sure we knew how to find everything we needed.

I recently stayed in a clean, comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and well-functioning amenities (Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and a neat bathroom). Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and check‑in/out was smooth. What made the stay exceptional was Marisa at the front desk she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, offering local tips and promptly handling a room request so I felt immediately welcomed. Overall a warm, reliable hotel experience I’d happily return to.

We had an amazing 3 day stay at casa Nawalli!! Marisa and the rest of the staff were very kind and attentive. I have nothing but positive feedback to give about this place, and I would highly recommend it to stay here. In fact, we will come back to this hotel in the future. The hotel is very clean and modern and has very beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta from both terraces. It is very close to everything in Puerto Vallarta. The only consideration to keep in mind is that the hotel is up a hill. There are some steep steps on either side of the hotel to go to the streets closer to the beach. Alternatively, one can follow the street down the hill to avoid climbing up the steep steps. Our room was great. It was very spacious, the AC worked extremely well, and the bed was very comfy. We really appreciated the amazing treatment from the staff.

The staff is incredible!! So incredibly helpful, especially as we were set to arrive the day after the violence in PV. They arranged safe transport from our former hotel, and upon arrival had food for us. The rest of our stay they were lovely and accomodating, and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Fantastic continental breakfast as well

The staff are extremely amenable. The building interior is extremely clean and tidy. The room was well kept and comfortable. It's close to the Malecon, the heart of the action as it were. Got to see whales/dolphins in the water from our view.
