Eat tacos at the stand just out front of the main doors of the building, shop on Basilio Badillo two blocks away, and the sunny beaches of Banderas Bay about 10 mins walk away! Come back and relax in your own private plunge pool from one of 2 private terraces off your suite!

**Pool maintenance is an important part of keeping everything clean and enjoyable. If scheduled cleaning days are skipped, it might affect the condition of the pool during your stay or for future guests.
We would like to inform you that, in order to maintain our pool in the best condition, our maintenance team performs a thorough cleaning every Monday, Wednesady and Friday. This process takes a maximum of one hour, so you will be able to enjoy the pool later the same day once the cleaning is complete.
You're welcome to decline a cleaning if you prefer just let us know. However, please note that if the pool needs extra attention after checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Would stay here again and again!

This place was incredible. Worried if I rave as much as it deserves it will be hard to book again. The balcony has a great view of the neighborhood and the hills, along with the sounds and smells of the taco stand below made the stay that much more enjoyable. I felt right at home here. The plunge pool was honestly the highlight. Could sit for hours looking at the sights every night. The master bedroom is a dream and the mattress was very comfortable. Consierge was wonderful, super easy check in and out. This place is exactly what you see only better in person. There is absolutley nothing to complain about, its the best place to stay. Will make a note though of the hill you have to climb, if you go out everyday is a bit tough but it is a very short walk up and down. Please know that is coming from someone who just definitely needs to build up her cardeo. This place is located in such a good spot to walk into the main part of town. Its close to everything. Love this place and want to stay here again.
