Such a gem!

This building is brand new, immaculate! But the real selling point is the view. Straight down the beach from the 25th floor....er-mah-gaw! So beautiful day and night. Air conditioning blows colder than you'll want it, especially at night we left the door open to listen to the waves crashing. Heaven.
