The property is delightful. Staff are great and personable. The location is great directly on the beach. (difficult at times to get beach chairs if not up very early in am- saving chairs). The rooms need updating but are still maintained well by housekeeping. Bathroom off the main living area (&kitchen) could use an exhaust fan for humidity after shower use. Overall met many nice guests.

The staff was very nice and helped us throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious. They have daily activities in the hotel that you can sign up and it’s for free. The location was good, 20 mins away from dowtown and 12 mins away from the airport. We will definitely book this hotel again when we go back to PVR.

Views were nice from the decks. Staff were all pleasant. Pools and beach access were great. Bed was comfortable. Couch and chairs were not very comfortable. Master bedroom shower caused considerable water leakage because of the lack of edging on the bottom. Air conditioning wasn't adjustable. It was either on or off. We couldn't adjust the temperature on it.

Our stay at Club Regina was very enjoyable. The only issue we had was the a/c in the room seemed to make it more humid and musty smelling when we used it. We shut it off and ended up just opening windows in the day and using the ceiling fans. I’d say the filters probably need changing and maybe an overhaul of the whole system, but we worked around it and had a great stay anyhow! We love the beach access, the pool areas, and the landscaping of the property…and the proximity to the Marina.

Club Regina is a real good place to stay.They keep the property in great shape.Lots of food options close by and the staff at the front end are friendly and ready to help.The beach is safe and clean also.We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go back.

this place at one time was probably nice , but it's been sold many times and the rumors is that the newest owners are going to convert it into an all inclusive. The place really needs to be updated our room was just OK BUT WE HAD TO CALL FOR THE BATHROOM SINK AND FAUCETS TO BE REPAIRED THEY REPLACE THEM BUT THEN HAD TO COME BACK AND FIX IT AGAIN. the shower door does not close tight and like other hotels in PVR their A/C cools but does not dehumidfy so your bathing suits will stay wet for days, the TV has many US and Canadian Stations but the reception is spotty and eratic , you can see major repairs are necessary that may occur with the new owners but it could be a few years before that happens, I would not recommend this hotel for right now .

The location is fabulous. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The decor in the ground level floor we stayed in was extremely dated and the upholstery on the sofa was shabby and stained. It takes 5 minutes for the water to heat up for the shower but once it does it is good. The grounds are beautiful and the lunch and evening dining at the resort restaurants were good. The beach and poolside lounge chairs are also badly in need of an update but unlike some resorts you can always get a good seat. I would only stay here again if I could be guaranteed an updated room but the manager said this could not be guaranteed. Finally, this property is now managed by Raintree resorts, which is a timeshare outfit. Based on all our conversations with those timeshare members. I would not recommend purchasing same.

We were looking for a quiet good atmosphere and that’s what we got! Amazing pools with plenty of chairs around. Good in all restaurants were outstanding - we are definitely come back again!

A beautiful location and friendly staff. Activities. By the pool included water, aerobics, and bingo, which were nice. The servers were wonderful as well as the coordinators. Our food was also excellent.

The hotel was very nice. The location is excellent. The beach is nice. The restaurant was awesome. I liked the room. We have had an issue with reserving a late check out. A check in person said it was okay and the person who checked us out had no idea about it.

Very spacious and good price!

Great hotel, service and food.. Very reasonable price for rooms which are huge (grand suite). It's an older hotel, think was alot of time shares or so the.. But it's still a great spacious place to stay.. The grand suite has balconies, and 2 jacuzzis. Very limited room service after 10pm, which is OK for us. Overall very satisfied, wouid stay again.

Very happy with Club Regina, NOT Happy with EXPEDIA. The pictures and description did not meet what we were looking for. "Condo" is a room with a kitchen/kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom. Not a King bed and a hot tub. I have used Expedia exclusively for my travels.
