Hear the wave’s crash and watch the crystal blue ocean from Coco Azul located just steps from Los Muertos Beach (green chairs) on the Bay of Banderas in the Zona Romantica on level 9. Coco Azul is close to everything including Blue Chairs/Green Chairs ( Ritmos) Resorts, Mantamar Beach Club and the Sapphire Ocean Club, yet just far enough away to feel a sense of privacy and relaxation. Just walk a few blocks into the heart of old town, there is something for everyone including many gay friendly shops, bars and restaruants. Newly renovated, the feel is modern beachy with a twist of old Mexico - natural tones, pops of aqua and a relaxed modern vibe create a sense of calm. This end unit is light and airy with many windows and also one of the largest one bedroom units in the building. The stunning view can be enjoyed from the dual air conditioned unit, from the private patio complete with outdoor kitchen or from the pool with three waterfalls that sits almost on the beach. I try to keep informed as much as I can of projects and noise either in the building or in the area. PV is growing and there is construction throughout the city.

My husband and I stayed here in January 2026 for one week. The condo was beautiful, the view was stunning, and we loved the location. It was in a fairly quiet area, but just a few blocks from all the great restaurants of the RZ. We would 100% recommend the condo to anyone. I hope to visit again - maybe next January!

We really loved Coco Azul. The apartment was set up perfectly. It was spacious and comfortable. We had coffee on the patio and watched the waves as the sun came out. Coco Azul is close to great restaurants and shopping as well as right on the beach. If you want to cook there is a local market down the street and the kitchen is well equipped. We will be returning!

Beautiful Balcony views to the ocean. Great Pool! I had requested a shower chair and the host was accommodating. Good location. Its close to stores and restaurants as well as to boardwalk. The headboard was a bit loose but nothing to worry about and watch the edges of the bed frame. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again!

Coco Azul delights once again

This is a must stay property! Perfectly located, beautifully decorated, comfortable with a killer view? What more could you need for a great vacation. Hadn’t used the pool on prior visits but did use it this stay. It’s a quiet escape after you’ve had enough of the stimulation on the beach.
