Staff in both the hotel and restaurant were great. My housekeeper Isabella was tremendous and jovial. Great view of the entire bay and pier. My only concern was how loud the music on the beach was on the weekend.

Great view of nothing. We were in a broom closet. It was not safe in this area. The hotel was just ok which is why 3 stars. The staff was nice. The beds were hard and box springs were concrete. Si Senor was the best part but they are expensive. Diffinately would not stay there again.

Beautiful stay

The beach view was beautiful and the staff were extremely nice and changed our bedding daily. Our room was comfortable and it came with a balcony with a stove and mini fridge with other kitchen amenities.

This staff was amazing!!! 10 out of 10. The room was comfy and clean. Two different 5 star family owned restaurants a block away that won’t cost a lot at all. There is a Oxxo (like 7 eleven) across the street. For a budget resort, they surpassed my expectations. Stay at least 5 days to see all around the Zona Romantica. Very safe neighborhood after dark also.

The room were ok .but they need to be updated as well as the restaurant below. Noisy at night with traffic . Also when you’re on the main walk they will offer you drugs.. just don’t answer them and continue on your way FYI .

Area around hotel was in romantica zona, which we did not understand untill arriving. Now we do understand. Hotel is convientent to shopping and great dining. Staff was excellent and helpful. This is one of the most budget friendly hotels that is beachfront! The hotel is dated, but the staff is great and the rooms are always very clean!! I always stay here when Im in town.
