WHAT A DUMP! I paid $170usd to “splurge” on a final night alone w my wife. When I walked in- I was mortified. Nothing like the pics. Room smelled like raw sewage all night. The fridge was old and moldy and rusty and didn’t even work. The bathroom light didn’t stay on longer than 30 seconds at a time. When I attempted to take a shower, which I was absolutely terrified to do, the moment the water came on, The showerhead fell apart. I called the front desk to ask for help to get it fixed, and they yelled at me to do it myself. I told him I was not tall enough to do it, and when they came in, they stared at me angrily while they put it back together. When they left, I turned it on and it fell apart again, so I just grabbed my stuff and left as soon as I could. My wife also got bedbug bites all over her arms. This was hands-down literally the worst place and worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had in my life. Please be warned about this dumpster fire.

Loved the staff and housekeepers, but the property hasn't really changed in 20 years and it was run down back then. You can only do so much with paint.

I had a closet-sized room, facing the street. It was sufficiently noisy that I had to sleep elsewhere. I’m sure it’s a better experience if you have a room facing the ocean. If you have a room facing the street, the noise is horrific. If you sensitive to noise, unless you have a room in the ocean.
