We had a great time at Grand Palladium Vallarta! The staff was amazing, the pools were great, and the shows at night for the kids were so good. Josue, our butler, was fantastic and was very attentive, giving us the schedule of the day every morning and whenever we had a request, he made sure we got what we needed.
