Fiesta Americana all inclusive resort located south of the Puerto Vallarta airport and its entire team are a clear 10 out 10 in all categories! We’ve done multiple cruises and this hotel resort exceeded those all-inclusive experiences and touring-time options.

We loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta. What made our stay great was the amazing wonderful staff! Our room was kept clean & well stocked by our housekeeper Amin. The Chefs Tapia and Hector made sure my Celiac disease requiring Gluten free options were prepared and I could pre order. Davide & Jorge made activities & time around the pool fun! Mario at reception made our stay & room move to accommodate my daughter’s visit an easy smooth transition. Bus boy Martine was great friendly & very helpful helped us with all our questions to travel from resort. Jacinto made sure when we left resort & returned it was carefully noted. The main buffet service was exceptional Darcy, Rosalio, Pauline, Majo, Chrystian all provided us with great friendly love just like family. Seafood house service by Veronica & Marlaina was great. Maintenance worker Mauricio replaced our room safe motor when it quit working & would not open he was wonderful. Our morning coffee was brought to our room daily by Alfredo. Yolissa at Italian restaurant made sure my food was gluten free and Madel & Patricia in the Deli were extra special. All in all we were treated like family restrooms were kept clean pool service from Yonni was exceptional the food was delicious from Italian, Snack bar, Mexican, Buffet, Seafood & Asian and we had a good view of Banderas Bay. We hope to travel back next year! Thank you to all staff at Fiesta Americano!

Great size hotel, big enough but don’t have to walk miles to get from room to facilities. 90% of rooms have ocean/sunset view. Would have preferred a buffet available for lunch and dinner, not just breakfast. Sometimes a quick lunch is necessary or a dinner without a reservation. Need more seating options around the pool, more umbrellas and maybe not solely loungers. The music turned on at the pool at 8 am is way too loud, should be more muted until noon. Would have liked more specialty nights, only had one Mexican night the day we arrived and then an Italian buffet one night that was not advertised, we didn’t know about it until it started. Entertainment was good. Restaurant food was excellent. Nothing was marked with allergies on menus so that was difficult but staff mostly were able to answer questions on gluten.

The room was fantastic and very clean. The dinner reservations were easy but almost didn't seem necessary. The service was AMAZING, every single staff member went above and beyond. Axel was very great at the front. The only suggestion I would have is to have another bartender at the pool bar as it got backed up frequently.

The room was gorgeous with an amazing view. The resort was very clean and everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The only thing that could be improved is that the buffet should stay open much later than 5 PM. Some people are not interested in making reservations for the onsite restaurants.

The pool and staff were great and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. The floors in our room were very dirty and we always had to wear shoes. We always had to find water as there was none in our room

We were very impressed by relaxing vibe at this resort! We loved the beautiful lobby and the friendly staff at check-in. The pool area was beautiful and all the restaurants had beautiful views and great food. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the pool area. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. All the restaurants had plenty of delicious options. The breakfast was amazing and we loved the made to order omelettes and fresh fruit. The staff were so welcoming and nice too. We will be back!
