The staff were very courteous and the room was well maintained and clean. The room seemed to have not been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived; however, house keeping did clean it better the next day. We enjoyed our stay; however, the photos are a bit misleading and functionally it is not great. The bowl sink with no mirror in front of sink is annoying to say the least. Not sure if wash cloths were not standard, but they didn’t have any in the room. House keeping was nice enough to find some for us eventually. All in all staff made up for any inconveniences and were very accommodating.

Room was very clean but towels and water were set up for One person instead of 2. They appeared short staffed because we had to wait for a while to check in; that may have been because of lateness in the day. Very accommodating once we were checked in. Location great .

Our room, as well as the hotel in general, was very clean. Staff was pleasant. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the noise level in hallways and between rooms very loud. Connecting rooms should not exist!!! We asked if there were rooms with a balcony like the one we were in (one of four such rooms), and were told they were all connecting. Turns out there are non-connecting rooms...

The room was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. They only give one coffee pack and two towels for a king room. Make sure to ask for more. Only one elevator working and the one that works is very slow. Don’t do the breakfast buffet it was terrible, especially for over $30 cnd per person.

We spent two nights here in Jan because we wanted to try staying in the Hotel Zone. The room itself was fine - fairly spacious and clean and overall comfortable. We also really enjoyed the pool and sundeck area. I didn't love the location though. It's a short walk to the beach but surrounded by an outdoor shopping centre. Obviously I should have researched the area better, that's on me. It's not too far to the Versalles area of the city, which has a lot of great bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good but pricey at 375 MXP per person. I probably wouldn't stay here again, simply because we prefer the Centro part of the city.

The room was in good condition, with a nice tv and a few English channels. But the decor was completely monochrome, hard to feel at home. A little colour would have brightened my stay. I was not crazy about the sink so prominent in the room rather than behind a divider or in the john.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is a bit confusing since it is in the middle of the mall and the car drops you off some distance from the entrance to the hotel.
