The hotel was average. It was in a very good location close to clubs & restaurantsThey had free water. When I first got there, I booked a single room which I thought looked horrible. It felt like a jail cell the staff was very accommodating and upgraded me to a bigger room with a balcony for a good price. I would definitely stay here again, but I would recommend booking the room with the balcony.

This hotel is right in the heart of the romantica zone, you got the convenience of street vendors for amazing food, small grocery stores, breakfast diners. Local bus routes, bars, sports bars, you name it this area is the real authentic Puerto Vallarta experience, unlike the hotel tourist trap areas. This is a basic hotel, but the beds are clean. The rooms are clean air conditioning works showers, clean bathrooms, clean staff are friendly and most of all this hotel has several outdoor patio locations that are great to sit down and have a meal and just relax and listen to the great city. Everything is Within walking distance, the beach, the boardwalk. If you’re a light sleeper, the city noise will keep you up. It’s not an issue for me. I live in a big city. I’m used to loud loud noises. I sleep right through it. I will definitely try and book this hotel again on next year‘s visit.

You get what you would expect for the the price. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The 2 economic rooms are VERY small. The larger rooms are double the size and very spacious. Next time I would pay extra and get a huge room.

Needs a few updates

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When I asked about a room change because of the street noise, they did so right away ,unfortunately the second room had no A/C. The hotel was in the older Mexican style , a little sparse. A night table and light would have been appreciated. The location is very good

Economy without comfort

The room was very small and very uncomfortable. The bad was close to the wall so that the person sleeping on that side had 6 inches of space to get in and out of bed. We decided to check out early and move to a different hotel. There were mo chairs to fit on in the room or on the balcony.

Definitely 4.5 star! Great location for bars, bus, stores, pharmacy, taco trucks, restaurants, and more. Only a few blocks from the Malecon too. It’s noisy tho, but we wanted a room with a balcony, so we expected it. The wifi was quite poor in the room, bringing the rating down. Although we were in PV for a holiday, we still needed connectivity with work, etc. good wifi in the lobby, excellent on the near-rooftop patio! Great pool too btw. Thank you !

The first room we got was extremely small, but as soon as we let the staff know we were not happy with it, they changed our room and the new one was perfectly fine much bigger with a patio. The hotel overall is older, which we expected. The location is perfect literally within a few minute walk to everything. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were extremely accommodating and the place is meticulously cleaned daily

The location of the property is excellent. This hotel has nice rooms but some rooms have a jailcell feeling to them. With that being said the whole building was quite clean and the staff is friendly.
