We had a city view. The room was well kept and the maid service was great. The staff really rose to the occasion during the cartel violence. They managed to put together a dinner for everybody even though it was dangerous to go out and buy food. The pool area at the roof is very good. We really enjoyed the stay.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Paramar. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and service-minded, and our room was roomy, comfortable, and clean.
