We’ve spent the last two months traveling throughout Mexico, and this has been by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had anywhere. Check-in was awful. We were placed in a room directly next to the pool with an open window and loud music blaring, with no warning. We had to immediately return to the front desk to request a quieter room. The rooms are old, musty, and unpleasant, with a noticeable odor. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest at all. The WiFi is terrible, with a weak signal that constantly drops, and the room key repeatedly stopped working, requiring multiple trips back to the front desk just to access the room. The bathroom was unacceptable. The shower drain was completely clogged, and there is no shower tray, which caused the shower to flood the bathroom and spill into the hotel room. This is a serious maintenance and hygiene issue. Basic amenities were missing: No refrigerator Only two towels No bathmat Cheap, unhygienic shower curtain When we asked for a bathmat, we were told to go to the front desk ourselves and then waited over 10 minutes for it. What’s most shocking is how positive the Expedia reviews are. Based on our experience, they feel completely disconnected from reality and have made us question the reliability of Expedia reviews altogether. This property fails on cleanliness, comfort, and service. Do not rely on the photos or reviews.

Did not look at all like photos. Entrance is off the street, off a busy street. Room was not like photos, bathroom smelled like urine, fridge didn't work. Bed sheets and pillow cases stained. Spent night with noisy air conditioner, cars and traffic, horns all night. Kids didn't sleep, neither did we. Definitely a budget hotel, not worth what we paid. Had to keep going down to desk to ask for more toilet paper and towels. WiFi weak. Staff friendly.

Very basic but clean room. No outlet in the bathroom. Only one outlet in the bedroom area. Nice pool. No amenities whatsoever. Beds were comfortable. Right next to a very busy street with no safe way to cross it for a few blocks. The hotel was located in an area that was not close to the more touristy areas so we left and moved to a different hotel. We were there over the Christmas holiday and there was no place in walking distance to get food other than the Subway fast food. The hotel did have coffee but no cream or sugar.

Excellent point to go almost everywhere in the city. Place spotless very quiet. Very accessible to local cheap eating places. My family loved the room very clean. Room service did an excellent job everyday. Price very reasonable for a family who wants to save money for the outdoors.

Pool was supposed to be closed at 10 but it was insanely loud well after 11. Room door wasn’t secure- you could see the outside with how big the gaps were around the door, felt very unsafe. Towels were dirty when we first got there so we had to exchange them before we could even shower. There was a tv in the room but you have to pay 1000 pesos for the remote to turn it on. Ok place if you just need a cheap one night place but wouldn’t recommend.

I got the super saver, so it’s pretty bare bones but I expected that. I’m only here for a night, so it’s ok. The pool area and nearby outdoor seating is a great feature, and where I’m spending my time if not out exploring.
