Great small 1 bedroom condo 3min from the airport and 5 min from the marina & beach. A small working area is provided with high-speed internet. This is the place you want to be if you are coming for a quick trip to Puerto Vallarta. You will be Safe & comfortable right on the golf course. Many shops & restaurants are a 10min walk away or a short 2 min ride. Or you can just chill in the pool area all day. Pool not heated.

Great Little Place

The house is bare bones, but it is very clean and kept up well. Juan, the caretaker did an excellent job of looking after us, and Hector (the owner) was very prompt with his communications. There is a very narrow spiral staircase to access the place which would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. The pool was kept nice and clean as well. The location was great...within walking distance to the shopping area as well as the marina. We even walked to the airport when we left! Super nice neighborhood and a great week for us :)

Gaviotas get-away

I have been visiting the marina district for over 10 years, but this is the first time I've stayed off-site of my family's property at the Bay View Grand. This one-bedroom studio apartment provided an excellent solution to handle overflow at the BVG. The studio apartment is modest but clean and the unfettered use of the pool, bbq and patio made for a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Seniors (+65) may have trouble navigating the spiral staircase, but otherwise this is an ideal set up for a short-term stay in the marina.
