love this resort. Room has a nice balcony with comfortable bed and a beautiful view. Food is always good, fresh, and available. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Private beach is idealistic-- white sands, beautiful view of ocean, big waves, lots of seating. Pools are warm and there always seems to be helpful staff around to grab drinks or extra chairs.

The room was clean. Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with the quality of the pillows. Upon our departure we were informed about a pillow menu? we did request new pillows on the second day but received the same ones we already had with clean pillow cases.

I had a good stay. The staff was welcoming the only thing was I booked an ocean front room with two Queen beds how ever when I checking they have me a guarden view with a king. Because they didnt respect what I pay for. The next day they move me but just to unpack and pack to be move.

From the moment we arrived the welcoming staff were excellent and the check in went quick and smooth. The resort was the perfect size for what we were looking for and the food and restaurants were very good. The pools were a good size, varied in temperature and the infinity pool was nice and warm if you preferred a warmer outdoor pool. The beach access was easy to get to from anywhere on the resort and the beach itself was beautiful and great to walk on with no concern of debris, garbage or seaweed. The drink service was good from any of the pools or beach and the alcohol was premium caliber. We also booked a couples massage and it was possibly one of the best experiences either of us have ever had. As someone who enjoys the gym as well, the amenities at the resort sufficed my needs perfectly. Great place to go all in all.

Jamie at the beach, Elizabeth at the top bar, and Eduardo the beach and pool waiter were amazing. Thank you to our concierge, Sergio, for all his amazing help in making this a special time. Was worried about the kids now there, but most were good. I still worry about their safety in the infinity pool and all those stairs.
