Right on the beach with ocean views from the balcony, this 5th floor condo will be the perfect destination for your next holiday. With one marvelous bedroom featuring a comfortable king bed, essential amenities like AC, fast WiFi and bottled water, guests will feel right at home.

Once you visit, you will understand why there is no place else worth staying! The area that surrounds this condo is a true treasure of Mexico, nestled below the jungle hillsides with its cobblestone streets, picturesque beaches, and phenomenal views. As the city has grown, it has maintained its friendly personality and rustic feel, and you will always feel safe and welcomed. Unfortunately, due to our strict HOA bylaws, no animals of any kind will be permitted to enter the property. You will be turned away at the front desk and not refunded.

The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, as well as towels and linens, two TVs, and maid service is three times a week. You'll spend hours on the patio enjoying the shows in the park below in the evenings or morning Zumba classes, plus a great Saturday market in peak season.

Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Plaza Mar is a privately owned and operated 33 unit condo complex located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. It is located just a couple of steps from the beach, a minutes walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and galleries, and located right on a gorgeous park plaza.

The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. The building includes a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away!

My husband and I have stayed at Plazamar several times. This condo was decorated nicely and the furniture was very comfortable. This unit faces the Lázaro Cárdenas Park so the Friday folk dancer show and the Saturday market are right across the street. You will be a few steps from the ocean and the malecon. There are many restaurants and bars nearby and the market is located at the end of the block.

We have stayed at Plaza Mar before but not this unit. This one was very nice with everything we needed. The location is great, right in the middle of the Romantic Zone.The Desk staff and cleaning personnel were very nice.

Perfect location

It was just nice walking the malecon checking out all the vendors. Everything is just right at your fingertips. Couldn't ask for a better central located place The only thing that could give it five stars all the way across the board is if they were to replace the bed
