Authentic and local

Wonderful to support a local business with an authentic vibe. It has an excellent location at the north of the malecon. Staff for check in were fantastic, Eduardo, Alexis, and especially Cony. The pool is small, but we didn't use it. We also didn't try the breakfast or restaurant as we went to local restaurants to try. They usually only gave us 4 towels although there were 5 of us in the room. It is great for families as all 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids) could stay in the same room. They offer small bottles of shampoo and bar soap. The location can get noisy as we were facing the mountains and had a street just before us. Overall, a great stay.

Pretty hotel, nice staff and room was nice with ac. But some noticeable drawbacks, you can’t run a tab against your room for your entire stay, or even a day, the breakfast voucher is minimal so if you have something extra it’s paid then, then you pay as you go throughout the day. Some people like this but it eats through your cash or you get hit with continuous card transaction fees. However, Daniel the barman was a great character!!

Great location. Central to PV. Great to walk on the Malecon. Great shops, restaurants and surrounding. Nice people. Great place next door to sit on the beach to have a drink or meal and watch the sun set.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here for ONE night and I have bed bug bites all over my arms and legs. I have always been paranoid of something like this happening and as soon as we saw our room I just KNEW it had to be a place that was dirty enough to have bed bugs. I went against my better instincts and stayed quiet. We came home the next day and I was itchy so I’m thinking mosquitos. NOPE. I had it confirmed by a doctor. Freaking bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting and Expedia cannot help you when you complain because of “restrictions and regulations.” A hotel cannot put you in a situation like this so idk what regulations they are talking about. For Expedia to even have this hotel as an option says enough. This Hotel is absolutely disgusting, the staff is horrible, it’s in a noisy location, and the rooms are completely outdated. Do not waste your time, energy, or money here. You will absolutely regret it.
