Old linens...attempts to charge for everything and only one key for 2 guests. Do not stay here.

NOISEY ALARMS

At first sight we loved the layout ,our room with a loft was perfect. Its right in front of the malecon its is a very noisy spot which is doable for us, what was not ok was the bank our room the " Shanghai " was directly over has an alarm that goes off 7- 10 times a night. We couldn't wait to leave in order to get a good night sleep. Our complaints seemed to go unnoticed

Large suites, clean, comfortable, great shower, helpful friendly desk staff. Great location for access to beach, Malecon, bus routes. Can be noisy in early morning from the nearby church bells. Balcony can be unpleasant for sitting if your room is along the noisy traffic side.

Rooms were bright and large, the only thing that were so, so, was the bathroom. Loose toilet seat, and sink without any storage. No place to put toothbrushes and glasses.

The property is centrally located downtown. My family was able to walk around, explore the market and local restaurant. Best location to see some explore the landmarks like the churches, statues, and the night market.

Very nice place to stay in PV. All staff are very friendly, helpful and the rates were quite reasonable. We booked ours in March 2024. The Rooms, hallways & patio veranda are very clean. It is located in good location. It’s just before the 1 mile Malecon begins and is right across the street from the Rosita. There is no restaurant but a Fridge, microwave pans/ or a cooking stove are included in the suites. Coffee is also provided between 7-11am. There are so many wonderful restaurants to eat in PV. I definitely would stay here again. We did walk across the street to the Rosita a couple times for an easy breakfast. ( We stayed at the Rosita last year).
