The pool area was amazing and the service by the friendly attentive staff outstanding. My husband bought me a 90 minute massage that was incredible. We had such a relaxing and fun holiday thanks to everyone at Sunset Plaza. Plus PV town is super fun, walkable and safe!

The resort is very quiet. There's no entertainment, and it's small. The Wi-Fi is too slow. That's all. Everything is very good. The waiters' friendliness is extremely good. The food is excellent. I would think twice about returning

Breakfast variety and quantity could be improved, but lunch is fantastic while dinner has some nice variety. Hotel room was clean, looked premium, and had everything we needed. Staff, such as the front, housekeeping, are fantastic. One waiter at the Mirador was amazing. The others are good, but we didn't feel they really listened to us like he did. Asked for ketchup, but never got it.

We got the all inclusive package, and let me just say, it was one of the best, if not experience in any hotel or resort I've stayed at. Very friendly and helpful staff...they always seemed eager to help and serve. Great food (3 restaurants and a coffee bar), and the restaurants rotating menus, access to activities, shopping, tours, 24 hour room service, the rooms were clean and looked nice. Of course you right in the beach...all in all it was an amazing experience, and we will probably go back twice a year from now on. Highly recommended.

We loved this resort. It was small but had all the amenities we look for. The staff were all wonderful, attentive, nice, and very helpful. Will stay here again when we come back.
