Amazing staff all around. Property was kept very clean. The resort was very family friendly, they had high chairs as well as it was accessible for strollers. They have cribs available upon request. All restaurants have amazing food, not once did we think we would get sick from anything we ate. I would recommend this place over and over again except I don’t want it to get too popular and over crowded! It was the most perfect get away for my husband, myself and our baby!

A decent place, but very very dated. It is clean and the staff is pleasant. Room service is mostly responsive, but we are still waiting for the coffee packets. The concierge service is lacking. They only seem interested in you until you refuse their sales pitch and invitation for a membership presentation. Then is it like "Guest Who". Avoid the initial concierge meeting after check in if you can. Just a glorified sales pitch. If you stay in this area, you will need transportation to get around, unless you taxi everywhere. If you do rent a vehicle, be aware of the $35 per day extra liability insurance coverage which they say is "mandatory".

Sadly I wanted to love my stay but can not. We have experienced flooding bathroom which we have been understanding about put trash cans under the leaks put towels out to clean up. Was looked at the next day nothing I guess to be done. Will probably happen again if it rains that hard again. Time share sell when arriving wasn't great but not unexpected. Time slows down here which is ok but ordering from the menu makes for 2 hour lunches/breakfast are a little long if you have to be somewhere. The final kicker is our phone line is crossed with the room next to us. We advised staff hopefully this would be resolved. Alas no repair was made so we constantly receive calls, asking us to sign our tickets. We say you have wrong room advise numbers are switched but will receive several more calls in a row. I have went down again advise staff. Instead of repairing the issue the operator will take all our calls. Asked about room change or some compensation. Nothing available tell tomorrow so no luck there, offered resort dollars, which I am not hopeful about as any credits we currently have ie the spa you the only way to use is to be upsold like can't use for 60 minute massage only 90 minute. I said we would take the offer but nothing was handed over. Very exhausted traveler from early morning calls, and late night calls and not a happy husband. My advise, as it will probably not be fixed, is if you get room 3332 or 3334 upon checking in tell them you want another room.

It was a great stay, cozy, warm, tasty. The only downside is that they include 15% in every service ( even if you buy a coffee at the counter, a bottle of water or get the food that is already included ( all inclusive) in your package. The more food you eat , the more gratitude you pay. So I started thinking of limiting eating and drinking while being on all inclusive package, as I would end up paying 15% on top of every little thing !!! I guess that is how business work here. They probably don’t pay a l out to employees, really low wages, but this 15% is the only reason why they work.

The hotel was nice, but the experience was frustrating. We booked through Expedia, where it clearly said lunch was included. At check-in, the staff confirmed it was free at a certain time. At the restaurant, we asked again and were told it included appetizer, meal, and dessert. After eating, they brought a card machine and said we had to pay IVA (tax) and a service tip—over 1,000 pesos. When I questioned it, they said, “Oh, they didn’t tell you in the lobby?” I told them it was never mentioned, and they just said, “Well, they should have told you.” If I had known, we wouldn’t have ordered so much. They also charged my mother’s debit card without her authorization, overdrafting her account and causing fees. When we brought it up, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They said the free lunch was an Expedia promotion and not their responsibility. The lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude from the staff were unacceptable. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

I think they need to make people aware that the two bedroom suite is not a two bedroom suite but it’s a two room separate keys separate doors. Also, we had continuous AC issues where it kept on causing condensation in the hallway, which then caused a tripping hazard.
