Pools and hot tub were great. Due to location close to the river, swimming is not possible in the ocean. Too rough. Problem with the humidity in the room, fixed with a dehumidifier. Small ants in the prep & kitchen area.

pools were super clean. the food was very good. the beach has little pepples that are very uncomfortable and is too steep to body surf. the rooms have balconies which were nice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was a great spot to relax, and the overall facilities were top-notch. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service - despite the hotel's international clientele, I never felt like I was treated differently as a local. The staff's warm and attentive approach made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It's truly one of the best experiences I've had en Puerto Vallarta.

It was great. This is our third time. (Probably our last) We would appreciate if the sales efforts could be less invasive. I did not appreciate my phone ringing several times throughout the days prior to arrival. Even when I said we did not transportation nor excursions the efforts did not stop. We only had two full days to relax so we were not wanting to do anything.

The concierges were extremely nice during check-in. However, for the first 4 of our 10 day stay, we couldn’t walk through the lobby without one of them bombarding us to buy a time share. Each time we told them we already owned 2 timeshares and weren’t interested. After the 4th day, they were rude and wouldn’t even say hi to us. That said, all other staff were extremely pleasant. I give the concierge staff a 1 star. Other staff, especially the maids, 5 star! The room air conditioning was set at 71.5 degrees F and although rooms have thermostats, they are locked. We had to get maintenance to come in the room with a ladder to access the crawl space to adjust the temperature to 68. The room phone didn’t work so we had no way to take advantage of the 24 hour room service without using our cell to call the front desk. The tv remote control didn’t work. The bedside lamp didn’t work. The food on site was mediocre, at BEST! (Unless you get an American pizza, which was amazing. On our 5 night, after returning from a day on the beach and getting back to the resort around 10:30 pm, there were staff members changing a gas tank of one of their personal vehicles under the entrance to the resort at the FRONT DOOR! The entire lobby to include the hallways to our room reeked of gasoline the entire night and next morning.

The resort is very clean and safe. I appreciate that for the kids. But when you first arrive; there’s a lady or a bunch of them that take some much time away from you trying to sell you timeshare. We were going to leave the resort and relocate because of her. She’s annoying and in your face. I had to get mad at her for her to back off. Took four days for her to get the point. The food at the buffet was okay, but they charge you for everything. The BEST service we received was from the chef and the waiters at “The Market”. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and they took care of us.

The front staff will keep trying to sell you things you don't need even after you have checked in and the same people will not even remember they tried to sell you something and act like you just arrived. This takes up your vacation time. I also needed some things in the early morning and the guy in the lobby said nothing was open, that was untrue and I was able to go to oxxo 24hrs. The food was lacking in many areas and the buffet was terrible. I thankfully did not do all inclusive as I like to go outside of the hotel to find the best restaurants but was charged $70 for orange juice pancakes we didn't eat and unripe and incorrectly cut fruit which left the hard parts of the melon and pineapple attached. I went out for a night out and came back to a clean room but a non working toliet. I know stuff like this happens but this should be handled differently. I will find other options for the future.
