Stay in the heart of the Graves vineyards, near Sauternes. On the left bank of the Garonne, at the gateway to the Landes and Gascony forest, Lisette and Jean will welcome you to the independent Guizats gîte, built on a former family wine estate. You will be charmed by the spaciousness and will have full equipment and every comfort in this warm, carefully renovated gîte. You will enjoy a green space of 2000m2, fully fenced, private flowered garden with lawn and terrace, parking in the enclosed courtyard and a bicycle storage room. Located close to the house and the RD 109, 39 km from Bordeaux, 90 km from the Arcachon Basin, the Pyla dune and Biscarosse. Adults and children will appreciate the facilities; barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, swings, slide, ping-pong table, books, board games, baby equipment (high chair, bathtub). On the ground floor, an entrance with cupboard, equipped kitchen (induction hob) opening onto the living room with access to the terrace, lounge, bathroom, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed & 1 single bed) equipped with a shower room and separate toilet. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom (1 double bed & 1 single bed), 1 small bedroom with a baby bed with bars. Staircase with child safety device. Possibility of 6 people (extra 40€).
