L'emplacement est juste parfait à proximité de la plage à pied avec des jeunes enfants. La propriétaire a été arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée. les extérieurs comme la pergola ou la douche sous les pins parasoles donnent une sensation de dépaysement. Literie correcte. L'intérieur de la maison mériterait un réaménagement pour gagner en fonctionnalité et en place.

Inchecken ging goed. Alles was duidelijk en snelle communicatie. Het huis is prachtig! Van alle gemakken voorzien en gezellig. Wasmachine, ruime koelkast met vriezer, waterkoker, genoeg handdoeken. Heerlijk dichtbij de zee. Je bent echt binnen 1 minuut lopen daar. En de handige mooie buitendouche, geweldig ook! We hebben genoten met z'n allen. Topvakantie gehad. Bedankt voor alles Martha en Sara.

Bella, comoda e spaziosa. Vicina ad un market, ad una una pizzeria e con la discesa a mare sotto casa. Tutto perfetto. Un ringraziamento particolare a Marta per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Lovely stay perfect location

We had lovely time at this villa which is situated very close to the beach and not too far from the local shops. Fantastic outdoor shower but indoors showers are quite small. Garden and house need a bit of TLC. The only negative was the vast amount of mosquitoes which prevented us from fully enjoying the garden.

Ottima soluzione specie per famiglie con bambini

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa due settimane (due famiglie con due bambini ciascuna). La soluzione è ottimale in quanto vicina alla spiaggia ma nello stesso tempo adiacente ad un piccolo centro commerciale dove si può trovare di tutto, compreso carne e pesce fresco. Il giardino consente di vivere la gran parte del tempo all’aperto ed è dotato di una doccia ( molto comoda quando i bambini tornano dalla spiaggia insabbiati) e di un patio dove si può mangiare tranquillamente in 8/10 persone. Molto apprezzato il barbecue che consente di organizzare piacevoli grigliate all’aperto. Gli interni sono dotati di aria condizionata e pale di ventilazione. A mio avviso la sistemazione è perfetta per due coppie di adulti e quattro bambini in quanto altre persone dovrebbero dormire nel divano letto del soggiorno. Unico suggerimento la possibilità di rendere un po’ più fruibile lo spazio esterno (oggi abbastanza riempito con piante e fiori) e alcuni piccoli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria. Nel complesso più che soddisfatti della scelta effettuata!!!

Sardegna una garanzia

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa dal 24.08 al 04.09 in due famiglie con bambini. Ottima la posizione, comoda sia per la spiaggia a soli 200 metri a piedi, sia per le spiagge in zona Chia raggiungibili facilmente in pochi minuti di macchina. Molto comodo il centro commerciale che serve l'intero complesso residenziale, piccolo ma fornito comunque di tutti i servizi essenziali, market, giornali, macelleria, pescheria, bar con pizzeria annessa. La casa è in buono stato ed ha tutte le dotazioni funzionanti. L'ampio giardino consente piacevoli momenti di relax e pasti da consumare rigorosamente all'aperto. Consiglierei però di rendere ancor più fruibili gli spazi esterni.

Per una vacanza all'insegna del relax

S. Margherita di Pula è una località incantevole su una delle coste più belle della Sardegna. La villa è situata in posizione davvero strategica, a pochi passi da una bellissima spiaggia, in una bella pineta che garantisce la frescura per tutto il giorno. La casa è perfetta per 10 persone, ma può accoglierne fino a 12 (noi eravamo 11), è ben attrezzata ed è dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa la lavatrice ed un giardinetto sul retro dove stendere comodamente. Il giardino principale è attrezzato con un grande tavolo, che consente di mangiare comodamente all'esterno. Comodi divanetti assicurano il relax post pranzo, e favoriscono le chiacchierate serali. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un mini market, una fornitissima pescheria, e una pizzeria molto valida. Le proprietarie ci hanno accolto con grande calore e disponibilità, ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per il nostro soggiorno e ci hanno dato preziosi consigli sulle località da visitare e i posti dove cenare. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e contiamo di ritornare il prossimo anno.

Vacanze d'estate

Siamo stati in 3 famiglie (11 Persone) dal 16.7. al 30.7. nella casa. La spiaggia molto bella e pulita e la casa è ben attrezzata con un bellissimo giardino. Ci siamo trovati benissimi! E da consigliare.

Sto scrivendo una recensione per conto dei suoi amici, che ha poggiato una grande famiglia in questa casa per 1 mese. Molte grazie ai padroni di casa per l'eccellente organizzazione della ricreazione. Posto meraviglioso, bel mare intorno alla foresta. Aria meraviglioso. House - molto confortevole, pulito, con un bel giardino, all'ombra degli alberi. Anche nella stagione calda, la casa è sempre buono. Mare - fantastico - pulito, bella spiaggia. Lo consigliamo sicuramente questa casa ad altre famiglie.
